This is the new Opel Siemens update 2010-2011

The set contains 8 map cd's and 1 Software CD for updating the system

CD 1 Alps
CD 2 Benelux
CD 3 France
CD 4 Germany
CD 5 Iberia
CD 6 Italy
CD 7 Nordic
CD 8 UK & Ireland

CD 9 Software Update & MRE

Please note that the coverage will not be further extended. Regions which are not listed are not and will not be available

With the update CD you can update all NCDC and NCDR systems factory fitted in Opel/Vauxhall cars from 2000-2004

These CD's can also be used for the G3 navigation systems in Alfa Romeo 166, Lancia Lybra, Lancia Thesis and in Porsche with PCM 1 (16 bit)

After updating your system you cannot use the older CD's anymore and attempt to do so may lead to damage to your equipment
Unlike previously, when you could change the language setting with the map cd, you will now need the sw cd to do so.

Further investigation and experience have shown that this claim by the producing party has no relevance.
All CD's can be used straight away without any update. Also after the Update has run, all older CD's can still be used
Nevertheless an update is certainly adviseable for the Lancia and Porsche models
WARNING!!!

This product will not function in your navigation system until the system has been updated with the enclosed software CD.
Please ensure the software update is fully completed before attempting to insert any of the map

CDs contained in this package. Failure to comply with this instruction may cause severe damage to the navigation unit, which will require the services of an authorized Opel dealer.
Once the software update has been executed, please do not use previous (older) versions of the Opel NCDR/NCDC.
